"Keep on Spinning" uses the beauty, power and chaos of space and the solar system to explore mental health and the human condition. Stepping through the planets one by one with a mix of whimsy, anxiety, pain, and hope. Writing this chapbook was my way to help make sense of what I was going through at the time of my bipolar diagnosis. Written to both explain the hectic emotions it brings, and to resonate with readers who are struggling through the same problems as I have and help them see they are not alone in this galaxy.
